Horizontal Lathe Machine Mainly used for large ground lathe cutting big, medium-sized dish ,roller kind of workpiece,such as different kind of
flange, valves, sealing head,cans board, moter, such as tyre moulds cover parts . This machine widely used in energy and transportation,
petroleum chemical industry, mining railway and automobile manufacturing machinery.
1. Horizontal Lathe Machine is floor face lathe, mainly suitable for high-speed steel or carbide cutting tools, cast iron, steel, forgings and non-ferrous disc type rotating body metal parts machining.
2. To complete the cylindrical, conical, end, grooving and other machining processes, can meet part of the rough and fine turning.
3. All the gears are precision grounded, with long life and low noise;
4. All guideways are quenched and hardend, protection covers equipped for the guideways, free from the chips falling on the guideways, ensuring feed precision and speed.

3. After-sale Service
1. We provide professional technical training for users' operators and maintenance staff to enable them to properly use and operate the lathe and carry out normal maintenance.
2. Warranty period: One year after acceptance of the lathe.
3. In case of any quality problem found during operation, the factory will dispatch personnel to the user's location within 48 hours (domestic users) & within 3 days (Foreign Customer) and the technical staff won't leave before resolving the malfuntion.
