The CG61200-8000 heavy duty metal lathe machine is widely used for machining 8000 mm long sugar mill cylinders with 40 T weight. The Max.Swing Diameter over machine bed can be 2000 mm. 

This horizontal CNC Lathe Machine can be also designed into Multi-functional CNC Turning Lathe with milling, drilling functions. The operator can finish the turning, milling and drilling processes one time with once clamping and machining processes. This lathe is installed SIEMENS 828D CNC control system with servo main motor. The spindle has indexing function which can be arbitrary rotated within 360 degree. Which helps the operator greatly improve the machining efficiency and help the customer save input money.
